I can recall the difficulty we experienced with another PEO before we switched to AES. My employees once went two weeks without receiving paychecks due to a lack of communication and a failure of the PEO to respond quickly. We reported (faxed) payroll and they failed to let us know that they did not receive it. This caused tension between our management and staff, despite the fact that it was not our fault. The former PEO showed little compassion or concern and acted slowly to correct their errors. With AES, there have been instances where an employee needed a check on the spot and we have never had to wait longer than a few hours to receive it. This is quite a difference. I have been a client of AES since they opened and this relationship has allowed me to focus on growing my business. When I work with AES representatives, I feel like I am working with family - not just another company.
