LEADERSHIP TEAM

AES Owner, Donald Moore, is known throughout the Florida panhandle as a successful and ethical businessman. He brings to AES not only his strong financial position, but the management skills that are the core of his success. Mr. Moore's roots are in the agricultural and construction industries in the Florida panhandle. Yet, his holdings extend internationally. Mr. Moore acquired AES in mid-2007. Under his leadership, the company has continued to grow; while focusing its efforts on expanding into multiple industries and geographic markets. Mr. Moore practices a strong commitment to giving back to communities where he has partnered in business. In addition to direct financial support, Mr. Moore supports non-profit organizations by donating land, materials and labor and prizes and sponsoring multiple events.

Human Resources Director, Kim Scruggs, joined AES in 2008. She has over a decade of human resource management experience including collective bargaining. She holds certification as a Professional in Human Resources through the nationally recognized Society for Human Resources Management. Ms. Scruggs is the primary contact for clients to resolve human resource issues and to provide clients comprehensive human resources programs; including on-site training. She works closely with clients to address issues of employee performance, unemployment, EEO and ADA, FMLA, and all other needs to insure clients' operations are compliant and efficient.

Director of Underwriting, Eric Wilkerson, has over six years of experience in the PEO industry. He spent over four years as the Director of Operations and now oversees all underwriting and safety for the company. Mr. Wilkerson and his staff work closely with the Risk Management and Sales staff to insure an acceptable risk on all new and existing business by analyzing past and current trends and assisting clients in providing a safe work environment for their employees.

Ron Tarkowski, Sales Manager, BA/Communication Arts, has over nine years PEO sales experience; as well six years of sales knowledge outside of the industry. He manages and trains a sales staff of 12 as well as nurturing relationships with brokers. Ron is a champion of the PEO industry and challenges his staff to extend AES' services throughout the southeast.

Corporate Relations Director, Mike Cranmer, BS/Business Administration, brings to AES 28 years in developing and expanding client relationships in the banking industry. Mr. Cranmer's skill in assisting clients identify their needs and how AES is an asset to business operations and the bottom line contribute to AES' consistent expansion into new industries.

Director of Risk Management, Lisa Jernigan, RN, MS, CDMS, COHN-S, has over 17 years experience in workers' compensation case management, occupational health and safety training. Under her leadership, the claims management team has fully implemented proactive techniques to minimize claims costs while maximizing the injured workers swift return to work. The Risk Management Team includes a Safety Manager and his staff of inspectors as well as Claims Specialists and the Underwriting Coordinator.

General Manager, Holley Dixon, BA/Accounting, has 15 years of multi-level experience in all aspects of accounting and finance. Ms. Dixon previously served as chief financial officer for a division of a public $1.7 Billion a year company; responsible for all finance, accounting and corporate reporting functions. At AES, Ms. Dixon manages the accounting, operations and IT teams. She continues to develop improvements to operational procedures which will maximize client satisfaction with AES.

IT Director, Jamie Andrews, has been with AES since its inception. He brought 3 years PEO experience as well as radio network expertise. Mr. Andrews is highly skilled in acquiring, installing and maintaining network computer systems. He is committed to maintaining state-of-the-art security and performance of databases, website and networks for AES and its clients.

Quality Assurance Manager, Chuck Kimball, has been with AES since 2003. Mr. Kimball is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Mr. Kimball has served in several roles with AES giving him a diverse background of knowledge on most inner workings of AES. Mr. Kimball's focus with AES is ensuring that all departments comply with documented policies and procedures including implementation of SAS 70.
