Safety Philosophy
The safety philosophy of AES is founded in the principle that all accidents are preventable. Safety is the responsibility of every employee. The safety and well-being of all AES employees is our utmost concern; we view our employees as our most important asset. An effective safety program requires consistent commitment from all levels of management. We partner with our clients to ensure all worksites are safe and healthful for our employees. Working safely is a condition of employment for all AES employees.
SAFETY SERVICES:
- Safety Inspections - to ensure safe and healthful worksites and OSHA compliance.
- Accident Investigations - to determine root causes and assign corrective action.
- Written Plans - to ensure worker safety for OSHA required areas.
- Safety Plans - specific to client worksites
- Training - AES can provide safety related training on a variety of topics
- Safety Briefings - weekly briefings are produced to increase safety awareness throughout the company.
- Safety Meetings - AES Safety Professionals are available to conduct or assist with safety meetings at your worksite.
- Consultation - AES can provide safety consultation services as requested by our clients.
Training
