WORKERS' COMPENSATION
At Allstates Employer Services (AES), we believe workers' compensation is necessary when safety fails. Therefore, to minimize personal injury to our workers throughout the country, we are vigilant in assessing safety practices and equipment and correcting identified hazards. However, when a worker suffers an on-the-job injury, we work promptly to insure every injury is treated quickly and appropriately.
AES' Director of Risk Management is also a registered nurse case manager and occupational health nurse. She confers directly with injured workers' medical providers to expedite care and minimize lost time and medical expense.
AES Claims Specialists work with the injured worker, client, and the medical provider from the notice of injury until the worker is fully recovered.
AES assists clients in identifying modified work for injured workers with temporary restrictions. On the rare occasion when modified work is not available, AES usually is able to secure an alternate site to accommodate temporary restrictions.
