With AES security issues at the forefront, we have implemented ZixCorp Compose secure email solutions to protect our email and ensure all personally identifiable financial information remains confidential.

For both our employees and our e-messaging partners, ZixCorp Compose makes secure communications easy. ZixCorp Compose services enable anyone that visits www.aeshr.com  to send encrypted email to any of the AES staff.

Secure messaging ensures against card fraud and consumer identity theft. It's also an effective way to conduct financial business.

To protect consumer data and comply with improved best practice standards, all email communication you receive from us containing personally identifiable financial information will take advantage of ZixCorp encryption services. ZixCorp's easy-to-use e-messaging protection makes it easy for you to create, receive, read, and reply to all our encrypted communications - whether you are a ZixCorp customer or not.

The privacy of business communication is important to us and we want to ensure your information stays private.

What this additional service means, to our valued customers, is they can initiate an encrypted email communication with the AES internal staff whenever they need.  There is no cost to you for using this service.

The process is simply, just click the link in the Secure Email image.  For first time users, click the link to "Create an Account."  Once you have submitted the information requested, a confirmation will be sent to your email. Simply follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.  From then on, you'll simply login with the User Name and Password (sometimes called a Signature Phrase by ZixCorp), create your email, attach files, etc. and send it.  It will be encrypted and sent securely over the internet to AES.
